Policies

The deposit is 50% of the Cottage Rate with a min. of 2 day rental.
Our cancellation policy permits rebate of deposit only, if more than 45 days notice is given or the cottage can be rebooked otherwise.
A $15 cancellation/handling fee applies to all cancellations.
Total payment is due if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to first booked date, unless the cottage is rebooked.

Check in time is by appointment only after 4pm.
Check out time is 11am.
